"Cordibly," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Cordibly LLC, a Washington limited liability company that operates this website. By using the site, you agree to these Terms to the extent you are legally able to do so.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

- Use the site lawfully and in line with these Terms.
- No scraping, harvesting, automated access, or rate-limit abuse. Don't try to reverse engineer or bypass protections.
- We may suspend/terminate access to protect users, the site, or third parties, or for violations of these Terms.

The site (text, graphics, logos, layout) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws. Except where allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivatives without written permission.
Limited license
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Copyright concerns
If you believe content on Cordibly infringes your copyright, email contact@cordibly.com with your contact information, the URL of the material, identification of the copyrighted work, and a brief explanation of your concern.

User contributions
If you send Cordibly a message, form submission, correction, or other material, the content you submit must be lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and yours to share.
- No unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or deceptive content.
- No spam, malware, scraping, or attempts to overload the site.
- We may reject, remove, or disregard submitted material that violates these Terms.

Affiliate relationships & disclosures
Cordibly does not currently use affiliate links. If affiliate links are added in the future, Cordibly may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through those links at no additional cost to the reader. See our Disclosures for how affiliate relationships will be labeled and kept separate from editorial decisions. We don't control third-party sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices.

Advertising, analytics & consent
Cordibly does not currently operate website analytics or load advertising, remarketing, or attribution tags. If analytics, advertising, attribution, or similar tools are introduced later, we will update our Privacy Policy and use appropriate privacy or consent controls where required.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability
As is. The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits/revenues arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for claims relating to the site won't exceed USD $100.
Sole remedy. Because the site is free, if you are dissatisfied, your sole remedy is to stop using it.
Our values. We prioritize honesty, accuracy, and user trust. We do not condone or intend any fraudulent or harmful conduct; the following legal note is included for clarity only.
Carve-out. These limits do not apply to fraud or deliberate wrongdoing where the law does not allow liability to be limited for those acts.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits; in those places, limits apply to the maximum extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cordibly and its affiliates from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or from material you submit to Cordibly.

Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or use of Cordibly will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington.

Privacy, cookies & children
- Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for information about data practices, retention, and privacy rights that may apply.
- Current tracking. Cordibly does not currently operate website analytics or load non-essential advertising, remarketing, or attribution tags.
- Future tools. If non-essential analytics, advertising, or similar technologies are introduced, Cordibly will update its privacy disclosures and use appropriate controls where required.
- Children. Cordibly is not directed to children under 13 or anyone under the applicable digital-consent age in their region, and we don't knowingly collect children's personal information.

Third-party services
Cordibly may link to third-party websites or services. Those third parties operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and practices, which Cordibly does not control.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, including where we reasonably believe you violated these Terms.

Miscellaneous
- Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce isn't a waiver.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
- Entire agreement. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site.

We aim to be accurate and fair. If you believe content is inaccurate, infringes your rights, or violates law, please email contact@cordibly.com with the URL, a brief description, and any supporting documents. We review good-faith requests as promptly as reasonably possible.
